 QNB is currently operating an interactive customer information booth at The Mall throughout the month of April 2012 to help people in Qatar familiarize themselves with the Bank’s award-winning e-suite of services which help customers manage their finances more efficiently using the Internet, the mobile phone or the country’s largest network of ATMs.

QNB's e-banking services are designed to help customers complete their banking transactions whilst on the move and without having to visit a branch or office.  QNB’suite of e-banking services include on-line banking via internet and mobile banking via App’s as well as mobile payment solutions to pay at merchant, transfer money or withdraw cash from an ATM.

The QNB booth at The Mall will showcase the benefits of each of these services, including latest innovative services offered by QNB and their ease of use.

This is not the first time QNB showcases its  latest e-banking services and promotions. Similar booths were previously set up in the City Centre, Villaggio and the Landmark.

QNB officials at the stand will be able to update existing and potential customers of new additions to the Bank’s electronic banking portfolio, including solutions such as the contactless QNB MasterCard PayPass NFC payment solutions launched recently in partnership with Qtel, as well as new advances in the mobile banking solution from QNB, which recently added an application for Android mobile phone users.

QNB’s mobile banking service is a user-friendly mobile app that allows customers to complete their everyday online banking transactions via a mobile phone.  Transactions can now be done easily through any mobile phone, iPhone, iPad, BlackBerry device or Android-based phone.  QNB offers a comprehensive range of mobile banking services and was recognised for its pioneering role at the recently concluded QITCOM conference and exhibition with the Best Mobile Services (mServices) award.

The QNB stand will also provide information on QNB’s ATM-based payment facilities including Qtel & Kahramaa bill payments, or Qtel & Vodafone Top Ups and Vouchers. These payments can be completed using QNB ATMs by everyone having a debit or credit card irrespective of whether they bank with QNB.

Instant cheque book printing and automated cash deposit facilities are also available at the booth for customers. Customers can also learn more about the Bank's special offers and promotions by speaking to any of the customer care officers at the stand.
