Doha, 16 April 2017 -- QNB, the largest financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, announced its platinum sponsorship of the “Turkey Expo By Qatar” exhibition, which will be held from 19 to 21 April 2017 at the Qatar National Convention Center.

The expo aims to further enhance the economic ties between Qatar and Turkey to become commercial hubs in the region, and to improve trade, with a goal of doubling the volume of bilateral trade to reach up to $1.5 billion.

The exhibition is bringing together companies from both countries, to strengthen the investment and cooperation opportunities between the two nations and the GCC region. Over 3000 top companies from Turkey, Qatar and the Middle East will be attending the event. 

QNB Group’s sponsorship of this important event comes as part of its efforts to be at the forefront to support Qatar’s efforts to boost its economy and improve its trade and economic relations with other countries.
