Features:Through your Phone Banking service you can easily:

  • Inquire about your account(s) and loan(s) balances, and last movements
  •  Transfer money between your own accounts or to any other five predefined accounts within QNB 
  •  Receive your last account(s) statement by fax
  •  Order a cheque book on your current or checking account to be received from your branch
  •  Settle your Credit Card dues (Full or partial settlement)
  •  Request to change your Phone Banking PIN code
  •  Inquire about foreign currency exchange rates
  •  Get information on the latest offers launched by QNB 
  • Deactivate or reissue your QNB cards

Additional banking services can be executed through our Phone Banking representatives whom are available 24/7, such as:

  •  Renew your QNB Time Deposit(s)
  •  Inquire about funds ICs prices
  •  Subscribe and redeem your funds ICs
  •  Modify/ cancel your predefined automatic transfer requests at QNB 
  •  Open new accounts with the option to transfer money from an existing account within QNB 
  • Apply for supplementary QNB Debit Cards
