IPO Subscription and Registration

For your convenience, register for IPO subscription using QNB Internet and Mobile Banking prior or during the registration period. If you are already pre- registered, you can subscribe once IPO is started.

Last day to register in the e-IPO is December 21st  and last day for subscription is December 23rd, 2020

For Retail Customers, simply login to QNB Internet or Mobile Banking and follow the steps below to complete self-registration and family registration.

For Corporate Customers, eligible* coorporate customers will be registered automaticaly (Pre-registred) on EIPO based on their Corporate Registration (CR) number. They will be able to subscribe once IPO started through Internet or  Mobile Banking.

EIPO Self–registration (For Retail Customers only)

  • Login to QNB Internet or Mobile Banking
  • Click on Investment and select IPO subscription (for QNB Internet Banking) or click on Accounts and click IPO, then click Registration (for QNB Mobile Banking)
  • Review your personal details
  • Accept  the Terms and Conditions
  • Confirm the registration
  • You will receive an SMS with the confirmation of your registration

EIPO Family Registration:

  • Login to QNB Internet or Mobile Banking
  • Click on Investment and select IPO subscription (for QNB Internet Banking) or click on Accounts and click IPO, then click Registration (for QNB Mobile Banking)
  • Enter your family member details
  • Print the EIPO registration form or send the form to your email address registered with us
  • Sign the EIPO form as inidcated in the form
  • Acces  QNB online banking service platform (QNB Internet or Mobile Banking) to complete the registration process
  • Upload or take a photo of  the completed and singed  documents as instructed in the screen
  • Submit the request
  • An SMS will be sent to you once the registration is completed or you can check the status through QNB Internet or Mobile Banking.

Imporntat Notes: 

  • Complete one form per relative.
  • Apply only for relatives of thefirst degree. Relatives of first-degree relations are father, mother, wife and children only.
  • The last day to accept the EIPO registration application is two working days  before the last day of subscription. No registration will be accepted beyond this date.
  • You or any member of your family, may not be able to subsribe to IPO shares without being registred officailly online.

EIPO Steps to follow for the online subscription (without loan facility):

EIPO Subscription eligibility:

  • Registered Retail customers (see Self-Registration above)
  • Pre-Registred Cooreporate customers   

Once you have completed the registration,  and recevied approval (check QNB Internet Banking or Mobile Banking apprvoal status or recevie an SMS confirmation), and the IPO is started, you may subscribe through any of the following channels:
 
A) Internet Banking:

  • Login to QNB Internet Banking
  • Click on Investment and select IPO subscription
  • Select IPO company for subscription from the drop down menu
  • Select the customers to subscribe, enter the number of shares, then select the account number for funding the subscription
  • Submit the subscription

 You will receive an SMS and email confirmation of the subscription 

B) Mobile Banking

  • Login to QNB Mobile Banking
  • Click on Accounts and select IPO  subscription
  • Select IPO company for subscription from the drop down menu
  • Select the customers to subscribe, enter the number of shares, then select the account number for funding the subscription
  • Confirm the subscription
  • An SMS and Email confirmations for the subscription will be sent

C) SMS

Send SMS to 92777 with the following text :

  • For subscription :

IPO  <IPO company code >  < number of shares > <QNB account nickname>

Example : IPO 54 500 current1
