Yes. Through QNB Mobile Banking under Accounts/Cheque Deposit menu.
Can I deposit non-QNB cheques?
No. Non-QNB cheques are not accepted by this service.
Can I deposit future-dated cheques?
No. Only present and back-dated cheques up to a maximum of 180 days are allowed.
Do I need to keep the original physical cheque after completing the transaction?
Yes. The beneficiary needs to keep the original cheque for reference in any dispute or claim process.
My cheque deposit failed through QNB Mobile Banking?
If a Remote Cheque Deposit fails through QNB Mobile Banking, please visit the nearest branch to deposit the cheque.
Is there a daily transaction limit for the Remote Cheque Deposit service?
Yes. 5 transactions up to QR5000.
Which accounts can I select to deposit a cheque?
All accounts, except accounts with special conditions as well as joint, deal, dormant and minor accounts, which are not eligible for this service. Cheque deposits relating to these accounts can be processed only at a branch.
