Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my username. How can I retrieve it?
 
It’s ok. Our memory fails us all sometimes, just directly go to Forgot Username menu to reset your username and regain access.
 
I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
 
Memory can be a tricky thing. Just go to the Forgot Password menu to reset a new password and regain access.
 
My username is blocked. What should I do?
 
Don’t panic. There are a few reasons for this. It could be an invalid attempt to login in Internet banking/Mobile banking or a Bank decision due to a security concern.
 
Can I set-up automated payment for my bills?
 
Of course you can! Our automated payment feature allows you to setup the frequency of a bill payment you wish to do. Read our user manual on the Automated Bill Payment feature.
 
I did not receive an SMS PIN. Why?
 
Don’t feel left out! There can be a few reasons for that. Perhaps your mobile number isn’t registered for SMS PIN, or the messages are delayed due to mobile operator traffic or you are out of the network coverage, or maybe you blocked QNB SMS messages.
 
If I can’t access my Internet Banking, is there any other option for me to do my banking? 
 
Sure there is! You have multiple ways to access your personal banking service via
Mobile Banking, Automated Teller Machines (ATM) and Interactive Teller Machines (ITM).
If you still have issues, just call 4440 7777 for further assistance.
